Service Description

This is a bundled program similar to the 30-day Kickstart Program. It includes a 60-min comprehensive intake assessment and a 40-min follow-up booked within a week of each other. The intake focuses primarily on information gathering; and during the follow-up, we will review your customized nutrition guidelines, supplement recommendations, and suggestions for lifestyle modifications. There are an additional 3 one-on-one 40-min coaching sessions included over a period of 3 months to discuss any challenges you have encountered in achieving your health-related goals, make adjustments to your nutrition action plan, and review additional information such as lab/test results, meal planning, and recipe ideas. (This is a great option to bundle with Food Sensitivity Testing as it offers support with managing an elimination diet and reintroduction of problematic foods. It is also a suitable option for those looking to dive deeper into the root causes of their presenting complaints to find a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.)
