Includes an assessment of your health history, supplements, daily habits, nutrition concerns, and food journal record. We will create an action plan to support the achievement of the nutrition goals and needs. Recommendations, body composition monitoring, body measurements (upon each case), assessment tools and recipes will be provided at the end of the consultation.
